Best decision!

I am so glad I decided to stay here! The host is kind, accommodating, and such a fun person to stay with. She truly made my stay both memorable and comfortable. The house had everything I needed as a student, and I never felt like I was a bother living in someone's home. (Literally feels like home away from home) From the house, it's a safe and pretty walk through the neighborhood to get to the bus stops. As a traveler without a car, the closest grocery store was only a short walk away. There's also a train station that'll take you directly to ORD or into the city. The best Furnished Finder I've stayed at during my clinical year. You will not regret it!

A Home Away from Home A Truly Memorable Stay!

I stayed here for a month in the summer of 2025 during my medical rotation at Resurrection Medical Center. What made this time truly unforgettable was the incredible hostess - genuinely one of the kindest, most thoughtful people Ive ever met. She created such a warm, supportive, family-like atmosphere that I felt at home from day one. She was always ready to help, answered every question, and even shared lovely evenings with me - chatting, laughing, and playing board games (theres even a billiard table!). The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with kind neighbors - I was lucky to be invited to a fun and welcoming block party! Nearby Marianos offers amazing food options, and Forest Glen is perfect for peaceful walks or runs. If you want a place that feels like home, with a host who truly cares this is the one!

My stay at Jefferson Park in Chicago was truly special. The landlord, a gracious lady who welcomed me into her home, is the epitome of sweetness and hospitality. Staying with her felt like being part of a loving family. She treated me like one of her own, fostering a genuine motherly bond that made me feel cherished and cared for throughout my stay. One of the standout features of this gem is the peaceful neighborhood its nestled in. Youll enjoy uninterrupted tranquility, making it an ideal escape from the citys hustle and bustle. For fitness enthusiasts, theres a conveniently located LA Fitness gym just a 15 min walk away. Its great spot to go out for a walk and stay active during your stay. Meeting her children was an absolute delight. They share her kindness. The utilities functioned flawlessly, so youll have all the convenience of home. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Chicago again, I wouldnt hesitate to stay at her place. (Jane and Twix made my stay more special-PJ)
