Its a large house on 5 acres next to the river.Apartment on ground floor. One bedroom, one bath, full-size kitchen.
Beautiful view, of the river, has a dock and access to Penny Creek.
Pool table, arcade, it was a game room at one time. Converted to an apartment.
Space
It is a separate apartment on the ground floor with it's own entrance. It has a deck with a view of the marsh and river. I do allow pets, (a small dog it cat)but I dont have a fence. I also have my own Labradoodle. Shes a friendly dog and plays well with other dogs.
Neighborhood overview
This is not in a neighborhood. It is on 5 acres near to the water. There is a neighborhood across the street so residence can take walks. Its more rustic almost like a farm, but its not a farm.

Unbeatable views!
A pet friendly place with everything I could need. I stayed here for four months as a travel nurse. Joe was a great host! Apartment is big enough to host guests and to have family and friends visit. I brought my paddle board and was able to just walk down the dock and drop my board in. Lots of bird watching with the pond and marsh. I would definitely stay again!
