The Best!

I had a fantastic stay here! Kelly was an exceptional landlordalways helpful, responsive, and genuinely willing to make sure I had everything I needed. The place itself was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. As someone who loves to cook, I really appreciated how the kitchen had every tool and appliance I could possibly need. The garage parking was safe and easy to access, which gave me great peace of mind. The location was also super convenientjust a short drive to the cityand I always felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

I stayed here for about 2 months and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly, only about 10 minutes to uptown, walking distance to camp north end, and super close to south end and the airport. Kelly was always helpful and accessible during my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Charlotte.

Nice place to stay/Wonderful Host

Loved living here! Kelly is an amazing landlord, who is so kind and thoughtful. Her neighborhood host food trucks, and has lots of good walking pathways. The place itself is just what I needed while I stayed as a traveler, about 12 minutes from Atrium (Levines Children's). The bed is comfy and she's got all the cooking utensils you'll need. She has blackout curtains for us night shifters. Wonderful experience.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for a few months while I secured longterm housing in the area for work. K was a fantastic landlord and was able to accommodate my needs for move in and move out without any complaints! She even let my pup out one night when I was working late! The neighborhood is great for walking my pup, very safe, an overall a good location to so many restaurants/bars/gyms, and an easy drive to uptown! Unit is small but has everything a single traveler would need and I was able to fit my pup in nicely. Only downside is parking and landlord parks her car in the garage which can get noisy if you are a late sleeper but I was almost always up for work so it did not bother me particularly. There is also street parking that was almost always available for me without issue. K was so helpful and so nice. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

I have stayed in many properties throughout my travel career and this stay has been the best! This property is in a quiet location and has quick access to many activities that Charlotte offers. K is extremely accommodating and ensures you have everything you need for your stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and has all the necessities to get you through your stay. I highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Charlotte!

Perfect stay for any occasion!

I stayed here while working an internship in Uptown over the summer. It took me less than 15 minutes to get to work and South End, and it was an easy trip to the airport when I had visitors. The unit was extremely clean, secure, and comfortable, with EXCELLENT air conditioning and wi-fi connectivity. K is a wonderful host and always responded promptly if I needed something. She even let me use her garage for free because she was out of town for most of my stay! The appliances worked great, and K had it stocked with dishwasher & laundry detergents, dryer sheets, and garbage bags. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, and K always made sure I knew when food and coffee trucks were coming through. Very close to Camp North End and Optimist Hall--two places I visited many times during my stay! I would highly recommend staying in this unit, no matter what is bringing you to Charlotte.

Excellent Stay!

This place was absolutely perfect for a month long stay. It's cute, comfortable, very clean, and has everything you need to feel like you're at home. K was super communicative and gave numerous restaurant/grocery store recommendations nearby. I will 100% be coming back for my next work trip to Charlotte.

Excellent Stay

Excellent location in Charlotte, NC! The studio has fantastic amenities located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood a few minutes away from uptown Charlotte, NODA & Plaza Midwood. The accommodations are execellent and super comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the host could not be more accommodating. I would defenitely recommend and will stay again anytime Im back in Charlotte.

Amazing!

Amazing little spot, great location to walk or bike to Camp North End. Fun food trucks come by near the house. 10 mins to NoDa and downtown Charlotte. 15 mins to Nature preserve. 30 mins to Lake Norman or Mt. Crowders. Thanks K for your hospitality. K makes everything easy, safe, and she even made sure I had extra soap, hangers, trash bags etc.
