I could not recommend this space enough after staying here for 6 months while working a travel contract at Elliot Hospital in Manchester. Being a solo traveler, this space and surrounding area was extremely safe and cozy with the commute being an easy 20 minutes into Manchester. R and N were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. I could not recommend this property more!

Perfect Stay

This apartment in New Hampshire was the perfect stay for my six month travel nursing contract at Elliot Hospital in Manchester. R and N were amazing hosts and very responsive and considerate to anything I could have needed! The location was perfect, in a quiet safe area away but only 15-20 minutes from the hospital for work. The apartment is very modern and spacious with a full kitchen, bedroom, and living space, and is a good size for 1-2 people. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a furnished short term lease in southern New Hampshire!

The best home away from home!

You will never find anywhere better to live short term. R and N are the kindest and most welcoming people I've met. Very very nice unit and landlords what more can you ask for? I drove from Derry to Manchester everyday for work. Super easy to get around Derry and super easy to get to surrounding bigger cities. The unit is quiet and perfect size for 1 or 2 people! Highly recommend this space!! I was here for 6 months and didn't want to leave!!

Amazing Stay!

This was a perfect location for my travel assignment at Elliot hospital! R was a great host and very responsive with everything! The setup of this is perfect to provide a quaint little home away from home and has everything you need! Would recommend this place and R anytime you need to stay in the area!
