absolutely an amazing place to stay

This place is quiet, clean and absolutely amazing. Ms. Ward is a pleasure to do business with. She is professional and will take care of all of your needs. This is a safe neighborhood, you absolutely cannot go wrong here. I hate to leave, my contract has decreased my pay for the second time and I can no longer afford my room and private bathroom. Im needing to now stay within my budget of $1000 a month. This is the only reason why I have to leave. This has been a home away from home. Thank you Ms.Ward for providing a great experience. Great property located minutes from Mission

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The house is sparkling clean. Ms. S is an amazing landlady. She is extremely nice and makes you feel at home right away. The bed was very comfortable- I have a bad back and travel with a mattress topper, but I didn't need it for this stop! I loved staying here. There are bus stops for several lines within a 5 minute walk, and the central bus station for all the lines in Asheville is a five minute bus ride away. Mission Hospital is maybe a 10 minute walk away. Great location, great house, great landlady.
