Great Place to Rent
My wife and I moved to Prescott from the Midwest, I knowing where we were going to land, but we came across this place and couldnt have been happier. The house is greatwell-furnished, comfortable, and the landlords are amazing. Theyre quick to respond to any issues and genuinely kind people. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking, with little traffic and beautiful views. Moving across the country or taking a travel position can be stressful, but this rental made the transition much easier. Im a nurse at the local hospital and would highly recommend this place to any traveler coming through.

Wonderful Experience
The property is beautiful in the ponderosa pines with hiking trails and access to Thumb Butte within 5 minute drive. The house is furnished adequately and decorated, very comfortable. Landlords have been responsive, kind and supportive of their tenants goals. The other tenant has been a pleasure to live with, professional clean and hardworking. It's been a pleasant experience.
