Just lovely

Alan and Darcy's unit is just lovely! Alan is an incredibly attentive host, almost always home, and very responsive. The neighborhood is very convenient and I never had an issue with street parking. Their dogs are very sweet and my dog had a great time playing with them. The backyard is great if you have a pup and the adu comes with a small doggy door. Thank you Alan and Darcy for everything!

Perfect Studio

This is a lovely studio with a beautiful private back garden. It's in a wonderful location that is walkable to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood is great. The studio is equipped with everything you need and Al & Darcy are excellent hosts. It was a perfect 2.5 month stay and I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

This is a TERRIFIC place to stay. I've used Furnished Finders to locate several medium length stays recently, and this is by far my favorite. The home is small but very comfortable, the bed is divine (I'm sure they would have noticed me stealing it, otherwise, I might have given it a try) and it is equipped with really EVERYTHING you could possibly want while still leaving enough space for you to fit your groceries and what nots. Alan and Darcy are accessible without being remotely intrusive, and they will address any concern you might have quickly and efficiently. Last but not least, the location is absolutely everything you could ask for--a super charming and quaint neighborhood but an easy walk or short drive to pretty much EVERYWHERE. I highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are in the area. Pro-tip: if you will be there during the day on Thurs and Fri, take the option of parking in the driveway, just to avoid the street cleaning shuffle.

Home away from home

Absolutely enjoyed my stay with Al and Darcy in their cute little studio, so much so that I stayed nine months with my little pup! Very pet friendly, even included a doggy door that led to an enclosed little back yard. Both Al and Darcy were very accommodating and provided me with all the essentials making it a stress less stay, they truly went above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, the studio is beautifully decorated. Parking was never an issue, plenty of street parking near the studio and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to explore nearby. Truly an amazing place, would definitely book again if I find my way back to LB!

The welcome committee

The only pet friendly place with an actual doggie door. It also has a cute enclosed private back yard area to enjoy afternoon sun and no pet can escape. I loved the decor too. A & D thought of everything. I will surely miss the wiggly welcome committee.

Loved this studio

I loved my stay at this property, D and A are amazing hosts, you have everything you could need and more and they always go above and beyond trying to make you feel welcome, the studio is perfect with a full kitchen and the little backyard was perfect for my dog who loved playing with the other dogs in the property. I also never had any issues finding street parking. Thank you A and D, Hopefully I get to stay again

Perfect location, lovely property

I absolutely loved staying in this cute and well-appointed guest house in Belmont Heights. D and A have thought of everything and they were super helpful and communicative throughout my stay. The location is about a 15 min walk to the water and there are restaurants , coffee shops, bars and grocery stores in easy walking distance. I really enjoyed spending a month in the small, yet comfortable, beautifully decorated and well-maintained cottage. I would definitely rent it again. As someone who is new to LA, it was a perfect place to get my bearings and explore Long Beach and the greater LA area. I highly recommend!

Cute, Clean & Canine Friendly!!

My two little dogs and I stayed at A and Ds studio for 1.5 months and couldnt have been happier. It was the perfect size for the three of us. I loved it and I could tell my dogs did too. It was all recently remolded and thoughtfully decorated and dont even get me started on the bathroom! Whole place was well kept and very clean.
