Close to all Sanford facilities and Essentia. All doors have key locks for privacy. Pets do live here but do not have access to the basement. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood.

This place was amazing. I had everything I needed already there which was perfect. Location was very close to Sanford, very close to parks and walking area and good places to eat nearby. The landlord was also nice to my dog and just thankful someone does allow pets! Love that the bathroom was also full size with a tub. Very flexible and responsive , thank you again and would recommend 20/10 to stay here.

This is a clean, safe, beautiful place to live. I enjoyed my stay here. I was able to walk my dogs at the park next door. The landlord is respectful of the privacy of others. She is kind, considerate and understanding. I would rate this place a 10+.
