Our 1909 Farmhouse sits on a large city lot, with an amazing walk score to many great restaurants, coffee shops, retail, shopping etc. The space is a small, studio ADU with a private entrance that is situated towards the back of the house. Kitchenette has a small refrigerator, convection oven, microwave and portable cooktop. The space is very modern and cozy.

Wonderful studio apartment
Super cozy studio apartment! I have loved staying here. The apartment has Black out curtains made it easy to sleep during the day and its set back from the road so very quite. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It has its own entrance and street parking was no problem. Close enough to walk to lots of great spots to eat and get coffee. Its central location puts it close to most of the hospitals (walking distance to legacy / Randalls) I cant recommend this studio enough, they really made my stay comfortable.
