Unbeatable rental

I stayed at this beautiful South Portland rental from January to June while working as a travel nurse at MMC, and it was ideal. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything I needed nearby. The home was charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, so much so that I often preferred staying in rather than braving the winter weather. The garage was a fantastic addition, keeping my car snow-free, and the extra parking for guests was thoughtful. The landlords were exceptional, promptly handling snow removal and addressing any concerns. I especially enjoyed the back deck, a lovely spot to appreciate the winter scenery and the transition into spring. The home truly felt like my own during my stay, and I made every effort to keep it as clean and well-loved as when I arrived. I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming home. Thank you to the landlords for making my stay so pleasant and for allowing me to love your home as much as you love it!

Bright & Beautiful!

What an excellent experience we had as the first renters of this comfortable, conveniently located and spacious home! Every room was filled with sunshine and natural light. We especially enjoyed the open and spacious living/kitchen/dining space, which allowed us to chat and cook and relax and watch tv together. Our bedroom was quiet and peaceful at days end and we also loved sitting on the deck and enjoying coffee on warm mornings. The home is on the corner of a dead end street and we accessed Hinkley Park for woods walks and birdwatching within just a short walk from the house. We also enjoyed walking to the library, restaurants, the ice cream shop, bank and grocery store nearby. We cannot say enough about the kindness and responsiveness to our every need shown by the owners. Grab this rental! You will NOT be disappointed. Its close to all the things that make the Casco Bay area truly amazing.
