Comfy and spacious

I stayed at this apartment for 1 month while I completed a rotation at Saint Elizabeths Hospital. (It is very close to the hospital -10 min. drive) The apartment overall was clean, spacious, and has up to date appliances (Keurig coffee machine, blender, microwave, air fryer toaster oven, hot plate, washer and dryer). A full kitchen with a stovetop and oven are not included. Additionally , there is no TV in the unit. The host family provided bedding, bath/hand towels and toiletries, which was a nice touch. There is central AC and Wi-Fi, which also was very nice to have. There is ample street parking that requires a permit which the host can provide to you or parking in the driveway. The property is ideal for someone who needs a short term stay, a student/travel healthcare worker, and is close to the Capitol Hill. Trader Joes is about 7 minutes drive and nearby has many other shops. I would recommend renting with this host. His family was warm, welcoming, and very helpful.
