The coziest studio!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this studio for five months and we were in love with this apartment! The personal backyard was our favorite part about the property. The neighborhood was very welcoming, and we felt very safe throughout our stay here. The hosts were so kind and were always great about getting back to us and updating us on things around the property. While it is a studio, it felt like a very large space due to the high ceilings. We loved the washer and dryer and the layout of the apartment was done very well. The bed was super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. The hosts included a wide variety of activities for us to do so we were in the know about the neighborhood before we even arrived. There is also a VONS grocery store and yogurt shop within walking distance and that was a big plus! 10/10 would stay here again!!

The best studio in SD!

I am so grateful that I was able to stay at this studio for three months! Both hosts were amazing throughout my entire stay. As a night shift travel nurse, they were extremely considerate of my schedule and always trying to help make sure I was comfortable. They were quick to respond and very kind. The neighborhood was safe and the people were so friendly. The studio itself was perfect with up to date appliances, super comfy bed, and in unit washer and dryer. There was also ample storage space and all my stuff was able to fit perfectly. Parking was easy and always accessible right in front of the house, the neighborhood was nice to walk around, and it was a quick drive to any other part of San Diego I wanted to visit. This was truly a great place to stay and I will definitely be recommending it to anyone I know looking to stay in San Diego for a bit.

Amazing stay and great hosts

Heather and Michael were fantastic hosts who were always quick to respond and help if needed. Any issue we had was immediately addressed and handled in a timely manner. They provided lots of recommendations and things to do as I had never been to San Diego before. The unit was decorated well, had comfortable furniture, and had any item that I needed during my stay. The unit was within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I would easily stay with Heather and Michael again at this unit.

Amazing Rental in San Diego!

I had the pleasure of staying here in this cozy studio, and couldn't be any happier with my experience! As a travel nurse with a small dog, I was grateful for the pet friendly environment and cozy atmosphere of this studio, as well as the surrounding area. The location was close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and a grocery store. With just a short drive, you're able to get to beautiful places like La Jolla Cove, or Lake Murray if your into walking or running. The hosts were easy to contact, & were efficient with a response if there were any questions I had over the course of my stay. Overall, they made me feel right at home. Me and my puppy had such an amazing experience & whenever in San Diego, will be sure to stay here again!
