Great house!

This house was perfect during my stay. Spacious, everyone was friendly, had everything you would need. The landlords are great people, quick to respond and went above and beyond for me when I had surgery while staying here. Thankful for these sweet people!

Amazing Home with a View

I stayed here for 7 months while on a travel assignment and I absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was my favorite cause right outside the window, there’s a gorgeous view of Mount Rainier. I roomed with several roommates and every single one of them were very nice and friendly. Not to mention the owners were very hospitable and always made sure I was comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time while I lived there and would definitely recommend this place for anyone considering it.

Excellent pick for students rotating at the VA!

I had a 4-week rotation at the VA as part of my medical school training, and absolutely loved Maria and Eric's place as my home base during this time. I walked to work every day (about 10-13 minute walk) and always felt very safe doing so. The house is spacious and clean, and has ample parking. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed running and walking on the Chief Sealth trail nearby, and eating at the Flora Bakehouse and the pizza at Stevie's Famous!

Best stay in South Seattle by VA Puget Sound!

I had the best stay with May and Eric during my month-long rotation at the VA Puget Sound. They were the kindest hosts with thoughtful touches around the house that made it feel like home, from chocolates to slippers and self-care supplies for guests. The whole house is pristine yet homey, and the kitchen was newly remodeled and spacious, perfect for cooking. The large downstairs area is great for working/lounging. I had a fantastic co-tenant as well. May and Eric were very responsive and even offered rides for groceries and to the airport. The location is unbeatable, only an ~8 min walk to the VA and close to Jefferson Park for tennis and Lake WA, Seward Park, Chief Sealth trail where I ran everyday. There are 2 small Asian groceries, Flora Bakehouse (a MUST), and bus stop just a block away that will take you to Beacon Hill station to access the Link. I will definitely stay with them again and recommend this house to any traveler!

Seattle home

I stayed in the master bedroom with own bathroom and I had the best time there. Room and house was super clean, kitchen is big and has a lot of space to share between you and other house mates. Cleaning supplies available including a swifter and vacuum which you dont find in other rentals. Owners are super super super nice and welcoming, they were able to come and show me around when my flight got delayed and got there at midnight. They are very responsive and are the best hosts Ive ever stayed with. Made the move less stressful

1 month Seattle stay

May and Eric were great landlords!! They were so responsive and welcoming. I had such a great stay here for one month while working at the VA, which is just a few minutes away. There is also a really cool paved path right by the house which I used almost daily. Very clean and nice place. Lots of parking space and close to some cute coffee shops. Safe area as well with lovely view of Rainier.

I absolutely loved my stay with May and Eric. The house was spacious, clean, and had a great view of Mount Rainier! They are only 10 minutes to downtown Seattle and close to many hospitals in the area. I will absolutely stay here on my next travel assignment!

Loved it here!

Loved my stay at May and Eric's place! Very accommodating and were always ready if you needed anything. Kitchen and rooms were stocked with everything you need. Very close to all hospitals in the area. I used public transportation the the whole time I was there (about 30mins). Hiking trails are down the block from the house, I didn't use my car often which driveway was provided with my stay. If you wanted to drive major highways are nearby and any place I needed to go (grocery shopping, drugstore etc) were at least 15 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect

This home is perfectly located away from several hospitals, shopping centers, and the airport. The host is very kind and attentive to any concerns. The home is spacious and clean with plenty of parking. I will definitely be staying here again when my travels bring me back to this area.

Wonderful stay in Seattle -- would recommend!

I had an amazing experience renting from May and Eric during my stay in Seattle! I've rented here two different times and in different rooms (there are 5 rooms total), the Master upstairs, as well as a bedroom with a shared bathroom in the basement. The place was perfect for my needs cozy, well-furnished, and in a great location. They were incredibly kind, very responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. May and Eric live very close by, so if you should need anything urgent, they are nearby! Also this place is right by the highway which makes it an easier commute. Highly recommend this spot to any traveler looking for a welcoming and hassle-free place to stay in Seattle. Would definitely rent again!

THE BEST

Great place to stay! I was on contract at First Hill and it's super close. Perfect view of Mount Rainer from the kitchen window! Landlords are the best. Plenty of safe parking at the house. Huge kitchen that was very well stocked. Great washer/dryer. Great internet. Everything great !!!!

Beautiful home

I stayed here for a few months. Great location - quiet neighborhood. Theres a trail literally down the road. Pikes Place & Alki Beach are about 15 minutes away! The landlords, Maria & Eric, are fantastic. If there are any issues, you can shoot them a text and theyll respond promptly. Maria effectively communicates when others will be at house, such as internet techs and a showing. She lets you know way ahead of time :) I would definitely stay at this property again!!!

I stayed at this property during my 2 contract (assignment) in Kirkland, WA. Even though I work at Kirkland the travel is so easy and smooth. The location of this house is perfect since it's close to freeways. This house is well maintained, super clean and beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our host, Ate May and kuya Eric are great! Super easy to talk to, very accommodating and quick to respond to any txt message. I definitely recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in Seattle. Will surely come back to this house if I get another assignment! :)

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Property looks exactly like the photos. The house is clean and well maintained. The landlords are some of the sweetest people you will meet. They are quick to respond to anything you may need. The location is great and safe. I would definitely stay at the property again, my experience was great!

great comfortable stay!

The room was nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The kitchen was big with new appliances. May and her husband were really good hosts and were quick to get back to us with any questions.
