This poolside side ground level unit is quiet and easy to keep cool in the summer heat with three shared walls. Direct sunlight on the patio only in the morning. Close to assigned covered parking space. Also secured gate access to nearby strip mall that includes conveniences like a foot spa, Nail Salon, hardware store, sushi, Italian and Mexican restaurants as well as a bakery, optometrist, and, dollar tree store.

This is a quiet safe neighborhood. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants, massage, manicures, gas and, groceries. Safely receive your Amazon deliveries on the private patio. Covered parking is close. As well as the mailbox and trash receptacle. You cannot leave the pool access which is often open and you can have it all to yourself most days.

Cozy/Comfortable Perfect Stay
This charming townhome is in such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It is the perfect size for one to two people, and a great location for pets! It is conveniently located near every shopping accommodation! Most importantly, this townhome is steps away from the pool, making it a perfect seasonal summer stay in Arizona.

Quiet, comfortable and cozy place to stay
S's place is fantastic. It is furnished beautifully and is incredibly comfortable to stay in. The patio is so nice to sit out on and relax, and the pool is just steps away. Air conditioning worked great which is important for Arizona! The condo is quiet and feels very safe. Commuting is easy with the proximity to the freeway, and nearby has every store I needed. Five stars!
