Great South Anchorage Rental!

I loved my time staying in this cute basement apartment! It felt far homier than I ever planned and was the perfect launching spot for all my Alaska adventures and weekend trips. Safe and walkable neighborhood with super convenient grocery stores/target/etc. The house was about 15 minutes from most hospitals and an easy commute on main roads during snowy months. It felt safe going in and out of the house all times of day/night as well! An added bonus was all the storage between a closet for luggage and both bedrooms! Both Joanna and her daughter Mina were responsive, kind and great to have around. They fixed two minor problems quickly and were easy to work with while extending contracts. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever find myself in Anchorage again!

Perfect Anchorage Apt

The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were SO appreciated while I worked night shifts. The neighborhood is quiet and felt extremely safe. J is a friendly and respectful neighbor/landlord. I really enjoyed my stay here and have nothing but great things to say!
