Amazing, Great value for money, wonderful landlord, wish I didn't have to leave!

M is a lovely landlord, we stayed in Chicago at his place for about a month, the place has great water pressure, heat & amenities. While we were there the landlord even added a tabletop dishwasher, (really good!) & the parking in the back means you don't have to worry about your car being towed on street sweeping days. Street parking for guests is not an issue, trash is behind the house, & the washer and dryer (not coin operated) are in the locked common alcove attached to the apartment, so that was easy as pie. The sheets were Egyptian 400 thread count cotton & the bed was a dream to sleep in. M put a computer table & chair in for my husband before we arrived, as he works remotely & needed a workstation. The apartment is spacious with wood floor throughout, so easy to clean with a vacuum cleaner & Swiffer & not prone to the dust mite issues with carpet. We recommend this place & this landlord highly, we wish we were not leaving! We loved it & look forward to staying here again
