Good Location, but Follow-Through and Value Could Be Better

Mikes condo is in a good location, and he was generally responsive. However, my main frustration was the lack of follow-through. Several times I raised an issue or requested something, he said he would take care of it or order something, but it often never happened. I also felt the value did not justify the rent. The washer/dryer is outside the condo, requires about a five-minute walk in the heat, and is paid. We initially agreed on a $150 monthly discount for two months, which he later tried to renegotiate. After staying for three months without causing any issues, I was also disappointed to be charged for a late checkout I had requested. Finally, a Hungryroot delivery arrived just after I moved out and was thrown away before I could retrieve it, with little accountability afterward. Mike seems like a nice person, but given the patience I showed, I believe the overall experience could have been better.

Comfy condo off Congress

Mike's place is a gem - it's spacious and well decorated, just like the photos. The neighborhood is in the middle of Congress Ave but still quiet. Walkable to so many places in SoCo, including the grocery store. Mike's very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions. I would stay here again if I'm in Austin again.

Cozy spot in a great location!

I stayed at this property for 5 months and it was perfect! The place itself is very comfortable, I loved having a big couch to relax on after work. The complex is nice and quiet and there's a friendly neighbor cat who likes to hang out in the window and say hello! The location was perfect to take advantage of everything Austin has to offer. You can walk to all the restaurants on South Congress or just down the street to Meteor when you want a coffee or cocktail. Can't recommend this place enough!

Great Condo

This was the perfect space to spend 3 months in Austin. The location couldnt be better, right in the heart of everything in South Congress. M was very helpful and responsive. The condo was cozy, had all the essentials, and had plenty of space for two.
