An excellent experience!

First of all, the landlord is very responsive with communication and requests. The unit itself is a generous sized studio that is unique, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is wonderful and has a gas stove and a large area for preparing food. There is a high quality smart TV that is wonderful for watching movies or streaming apps. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small but I still found it very functional. This is a unique space that is relaxing and safe with great lighting and climate control. I hope to return one day.

3 Month Stay

I had a fantastic experience during my three-month stay. The space was very cozy and spacious. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. My foster dog was with me for about half of my stay, and we really enjoyed the spacious yard. There was more than enough room for both of us. This listing is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to local shopping. Bernard was a very responsive landlord and quickly attended to any issues (which were infrequent and minimal). I would highly recommend this listing!

Super cute

This unit was perfect and by far one of the best Ive stayed in during my travel experience. There was a personal parking space and yard. The yard was perfect for my dog and I to enjoy. The unit was more spacious than expected as well with lots of storage! Landlord was very accommodating and communicative which was very appreciated. 10/10 recommend!

great place to stay!!

It is a great place to stay. Landlord is super responsive and accommodating. I am a night nurse and it is easy to cover the windows and the insulation of the place is great! You can rarely hear noises. It has all the basics and a Keurig with coffe cups. Is more spacious than the picture

Happy & Satisfied Tenant

Prior to arriving to this property, the landlord did a virtual tour, which was amazing. I was pleased with the residence so I confirmed my arrival. Upon arrival to the property, the landlord extended his kindness by picking me up from the airport and gave me a mini tour to make it easier for me to find the hospital I was contracted to work. I was happy when I arrived at the residence as it was super clean and in the perfect area, which is 5 minutes away from work. I was very skeptical before leaving Miami, but B, landlord made it super comfortable and reassuring to be in Tucson. I have never been to Arizona, but I had no regrets renting this place from him. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. If an issue arise, I was able to call him anytime and he is ever present to assist. Individuals like these are difficult to find, so if you rent any residence from him, please take pride in keeping the place clean when you are leaving! THE BEST LANDLORD IN ARIZONA!!
