Filthy and Vile environment

I have never in my life seen a place listed for rent that is in such squalor and filth. I made the grave mistake of deciding to rent from this woman and immediately upon moving in, I was expected to clean her cat litter, throw away her adult diapers that are put ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER, giving her rides to the food bank, cleaning HER bathroom, organizing her closet, and so much more. This human being is FILTHY do NOT RENT. You are paying $1200 for rent to live in the third floor attic space, there is no access to the pool, you are not allowed to eat in the kitchen because her cat food is ontop of the table and she claims the cat is the only one allowed to eat at the table, you are not allowed to use the living room, the kitchen is covered in dirty dishes and mold, and soiled adult diapers ALL OVER the floor. DISGUSTING

Filthy property and Landlord - Renters Beware

Looked in May of 2025, Im amazed it is still up so I thought Id leave my thoughts here. Youre getting third story attic space with nowhere to put your things. Landlord lives on bottom floor with her cat. second you walk in, the smell of ammonia from the uncleaned cat litter is overwhelming. Tenant required duties: Clean cat litter as necessary, clean kitchen when dirty, laundry duties for landlord and yourself, must clean 2nd floor daily. No access to pool, as landlord isnt allowed to sublet. You cannot sit at the kitchen table because her cats food is set up on it and she claims only the cat is allowed to eat at the table. There are two sliding door closets upstairs in the room, landlord said that her things must remain hanging in there. Adult diapers lying about on the second floor. Cat feces and urine left uncleaned throughout home. Renters Beware
