Great Apartment

Had the pleasure of calling this place home for the past 6 months. Wonderful apartment with large Flat screen smart TV in the living room. Queen size bed was comfortable and very nice overall. Close to Upstate, literally less then a 10 minute drive. Any issues I had Kim was always great at resolving and very much reachable.

Basement

Stayed at this basement apartment for 6 months. The place looks bigger in person than the pictures. Living room feels spacious and open. Big smart TV. Bedroom is also big and spacious with another smart TV. Both the bed and couch are very comfortable. Theres 2 other rentals in the same house so you share the washer and dryer with them. Its located right outside the apartments entrance in the basement. The driveway leads behind the house where you park and enter. About a 10 min drive to upstate. Everything you need is pretty much 10-20 minutes away. Not much ventilation when you cook, the apartment has very small windows near the kitchen. But it's better than nothing and you can manage. Kim is very nice and super fast at responding with any needs. I would 100% stay if i'm ever working in Syracuse again!

Amazing long term stay!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment from Nov 2023-July 2024. It is such a nice apartment; spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The upstairs tenants are very kind and respectful - I worked nights during my contract so I was initially nervous about being woken up during the day, but there was never any issue with noise. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. Kim is an amazing landlord; she made sure the apartment had everything I needed, regularly checked in, and answered any messages promptly. I always felt safe and taken care of staying here and will definitely be back if I take another contract in the area!
