This place is infested with tons of bugs and the LL makes no effort to maintain the property. I had spiders nesting in the couch and crawling on and next to me! It looks Nothing like the pictures, the outside is overgrown with trash and dog sh*t all over. The windows have no screen or ones with holes so anything can get in. There's no furniture to put your stuff in, he turned the closet doors into kitchen floating shelves (but didn't bother to remove the handles-looks ridiculous and cheap) there's giant holes in the walls that he covered with pictures Your suitcase has to act as a dresser to hold your clothes, but it's on the floor and roaches are crawling all over it. POS George then kept my security after I complained constantly to try and get him to fix stuff. He stated that I went over on utilities" even though they are supposed to be included. Don't believe the other reviews, he asks for 5 stars before returning a deposit. Stay Away - it's not worth the price!! Zero Stars!!!

If I could leave a review for this tenant, I would simply say that some people, no matter how much you try to help, prefer to complain and cannot be made happy. I take pride in being responsive and professional and encourage potential tenants to read other reviews for a more accurate reflection of my property and management. Its worth noting that she toured the property before renting it and stayed for over nine months. If the conditions were truly as she described, Im unsure why she would choose to stay for such an extended period. We take all feedback seriously and aim to provide a clean, well-maintained property for all our tenants. However, this review contains multiple false claims, and Id like to clarify the situation: 1. Pest Control: There are no cockroaches at the property. Pest control is performed regularly, and we responded promptly to her requests by sending pest control services twice. However, the tenant refused to allow them inside. 2. Maintenance Requests: I had handymen come out to address her requests, but they reported that she was rude and uncooperative during their visits and even told her that her request was not needed or necessary. 3. Condition of the Property: The property is well-maintained, and the photos in the listing accurately reflect its appearance. There are two units and one has a mural and one does not have a mural. The tenant toured the property prior to renting and agreed to its condition. Claims of trash, overgrowth, or significant damage are entirely untrue there are high winds that sometimes blow tumble weeds against the yard fence. 4. Tenant Behavior: The tenant stored random wood and junk in the yard, which was not permitted, and created an unnecessary mess. Despite my efforts to assist her, she was often rude and unreasonable, making it difficult to address her concerns effectively. 5. Utilities and Security Deposit: Utilities are included up to a normal usage limit, as outlined in the lease agreement. This tenant far exceeded those limits, and her security deposit was withheld due to damages to property and excessive utility usage hundreds of dollars unfortunately and I believe a main reason for this review.

I loved my stay at this place. Tons of privacy, huge yard, two bedrooms, large living rooms and great kitchen appliances. You can get right into this place and make it home with little to no effort. The landlord is respectful and response quickly. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a wide open private and comfortable stay. If you want to experience Joshua tree and the high desert this is the place for you.

The home is in a great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. I need a place to stay for a month while working in 29 Palms, and this was the perfect spot! G was an incredible landlord and quick to respond with any issues.
