Amazing rental and friendly landlord!

I stayed in this rental for a full year and it was wonderful. It’s beautiful, clean, and spacious! Fully finished basement made the place a dream. Landlord was super communicative and I never felt unsafe. Cannot say enough good things about this place! A real hidden gem!

Family Affair

The family was not disappointed! From the moment we walked in, we knew this rental was something special, charming, cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The open yet inviting layout made it perfect for quality time, giving us both space and connection. For the first time, staying in a rental with a basement was a total game-changer! Pool, movies, popcorn, and cards kept everyone smiling. On our last day, we picked up goodies from the local Whole Foods and hosted a backyard cookout, filled with music and sunset vibes. This trip gave us more than a comfy place to stay; it gave us lasting memories. Thank you for making our rental experience so easy and unforgettable!

While visiting Chicago for the Holiday, was able to stayed in this quiet beautiful property, and it didnt disappoint. Nice cozy, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, fully equipped with everything you need plus more. Already planning my next trip to Chicago. Will definitely book again.

Home Away From Home

I normally don't do reviews, but after multiple stays over the last year at this property, I felt compelled to express my absolute pleasure with each stay at this beautiful property. The floor plan layout was perfect for my situation. The bedrooms / bathrooms were clean, modern, and fully stocked upon arrival. One of the highlights was the fully furnished basement! The game room / large TV with a pool table was a major bonus! Super cozy after a long day at work! The kitchen came fully stocked and laundry machines were available in the unit, which was super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. I appreciate how responsive and communicative Tony, the property owner/manager, was throughout each stay. I can honestly say there were no issues during my lengthy stays, unlike many other rentals I have utilized. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone in town for a work assignment or looking for a short-term family friendly rental / staycation option. Until next time...

Spacious Home with Pool Table and Big TVs!

We stayed at this home for three months and had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. Its in a great locationconveniently situated for access to Oak Lawn, downtown Chicago, and the western suburbs. Getting on and off the highways was quick and easy, which made travel a breeze. The neighborhood itself is quiet, attractive, and well cared for. One of our favorite features was the pool table in the basementit added a fun touch to our stay. The large-screen TVs throughout the home also contributed to a relaxing, vacation-like atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would happily rent this home again.

Great property!!!

I had the opportunity to stay at this property for the weekend. I was hesitant in staying away from the magnificent mile, but was pleasantly surprised of the quiet neighborhood, easy accessible location and the details that went into assuring a pleasant stay. Fully furnished with added amenities to make my stay totally enjoyable. I will definitely return to this property on my next visit to Chicago.

Great location and Lots of Space and Amenities

The host was very responsive and ensured that while I was there my stay was comfortable, The location is great for my business needs and the neighborhood was quiet. It was clean, spacious and the basement included a pool table, bar, TV along with a comfortable conversation pit. This house has a lot to offer for the price. I will DEFINATELY return when I'm in Chicago for business again

Quiet Home and Backyard

Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. A is a great host and Very nice and wants to share all h know about the area. Awesome backyard to relax in. We had a great stay!
