Great apartment!
This apartment is great. The landlords are very quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment is nicely renovated and had everything I needed for my 3 month stay. The heated floors in the bathroom were awesome!! Close to the hospitals and grocery stores, and a short drive to practically anything else you could need. The neighbors were quiet and courteous too.

Great spot for remote workers
This is a great spot. Landlords were helpful and fast to respond during stay if needed. Quiet and clean apartment. WiFi worked well for the two of us during the day as we both worked remotely. One parking spot in the back and plenty of parking on the street. Would love to stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Duluth!

Great Stay
This place is one black from the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to St Luke's hospital. The owners a very accommodating and really easy to get to contact. I enjoyed my time here and is made my stay very easy even when I didn't have a car. It's a great choice at a even better price!
