Great place to stay for a few months! Very well stocked apartment and a good amount of storage space for a studio apartment. The landlords were great to work with and were very attentive to any needs or issues we had throughout our stay. We loved how close the property was to downtown FoCo, and the accessible walking paths right out the backdoor was nice as well

Heaven

Words can't describe how perfect of an oasis this place is. I was fortunate enough to spend 4 months here with my Labrador retriever. The unit itself is very spacious and homey. Was the perfect at home office working remotely as well. The back door faces the ponds and fenced in yard for a perfect start to every morning. The sun also sets beautifully off of the visible mountain line. Access to miles or trails, ponds, river access (natural area) is unbeatable. The hosts are amazing as they went above and beyond to ensure I had the most comfortable stay in every way possible. Wish I could've stayed longer, truly a magical place and experience. Hope to be back one day!

Cozy setting, incredible views

This property was the perfect spot for me and my dog during a major life transition. It is thoughtfully appointed and the owners of the property are lovely people and easy to work with. Having access to the Riverbend Ponds natural space right out of the back gate is incredible! Pros: Great location, dog friendly, month to month, safe neighborhood with families, near to old town and I-25, beautiful views and access to nature, comfortable, new bed/mattress, clean, air conditioned, well stocked kitchen, storage closet, patio overlooking the ponds, utilities and trash included, private entrance Cons: Neighbors/traffic can be noisy, mosquitos, sound from upstairs occupants carries, very small shower, cottonwood trees drop a lot of fluff in the summer, foot traffic on trails out back
