Nice and Modern

We stayed for around a month. Not a bad spot, as it's just away from main roads but still active enough not to be boring. The area has a lot of runners running around, and New Belgium across the street is typically full of families. A short drive, or moderate walk, to nearby things to do and eat. No smoking anywhere on the premises, which we weren't told up front so that sucked for us as we were smoking outside and apparently the neighbors were complaining. We were told we could let the dogs run around in the fenced backyard area, outside of the unit, but the neighbors who shared that area got mad at us again. The dryer didn't work. The bedroom pull-down shade would not stay down and we were told upon arrival that it supposed to be fixed that first or second week, but it never was at all. We didn't get the deposit back, it's been a month now and we've had zero explanation about that. The guy did reliably secure us a second garage spot.
