Spacious and bright townhome in the very safe Lakeview neighborhood. One loft style bedroom with plenty of space, 2 full bathrooms, and a nice sized patio out back. A short walk to City Park as well as bars, restaurants, and a grocery store on Harrison Ave. Right off the highway so minutes from literally anywhere in the city, including our many hospitals. Rent includes electricity, water, internet, lawn care, etc.

Great stay
Cory's place was a delightful stay. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The neighborhood is wonderful: very safe, classy, and filled with charming houses that resemble dollhouses. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and a short drive from The French Quarter. Art enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the art museum, which boasts an impressive sculpture garden. Communication with Cory was excellent. He responded quickly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, this place offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm.
