Incredible Property, Location, & Kind Owner

Kris is the best property manager I’ve ever had. I travel extremely often and this property was managed very well, extremely clean, and any questions or concerns were addressed within the hour! Kris was very kind and provided great local recommendations, and with every basic need coming with this property, I truly wanted for nothing here. Truly one of my best stays during my work and graduate travels.

The Best Place to Stay in DC Hands Down!

Could not have asked for a better long-term rental than this property. Kris went above and beyond throughout the entire process and made living in an entirely new city as easy as possible. The unit itself is amazing and we loved every second of our stay here. Having a 5-7 minute walk to Children's National and no more than 15 minutes to the nearest metro made the location a perfect spot. Kris is the definition of what you want in a landlord and really helped us out during our stay here. If you're looking for a place that checks all of the boxes, this is where you want to be. Would absolutely stay here over and over again!

Great Location for Children's!

We absolutely loved staying at Kris' apartment while on contract at Children's. The apartment is beautiful, has plenty of space, and all the amenities you need while traveling. Looks exactly like the pictures! It is a maximum 10 minute walk to Children's National and MedStar Washington. Pretty easy to get around the rest of DC from here as well.

Outstanding property!

This is a fantastic place to stay in DC. This condo within a townhouse was greatjust renovated. The kitchen space was great and stocked with essentials. Bedrooms were both nice and quiet. Street parking was readily available, and this house was a short 5 min drive from Washington hospital center. Kris, the property manager, is excellent and made our move in process super smooth. He was also readily available for any questions or needs throughout the month. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
