Ms. Tiru was very easy to work with. She addressed concern promptly. The place is very close to grocery stores. And very convenient for hospital such Medstar and Howard. She was very flexible. This a good location for short term space.

Clean and safe

This apartment is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, and around various amenities. I enjoyed living there and would recommend it. The owner is very nice and very responsive when needed

Lovely house

The place is really nice, full of green around the area, which I enjoyed walking in sometimes in the neighborhood. It is comfortable and the kitchen, apart of the main room, is a plus. The landlord, Tiruwork, is a lovely person. I felt secure, and the communication was easygoing with her.

Autonomous apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I have spent 5 months in this little cozy basement apartment. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with many shopping places nearby. Also, It's easy to get to downtown Washington, DC or Silver Spring, MD by bus or metro. The unit has all amenities, Tv, high speed internet, bed and sofa, two little closets, bathroom, large kitchen, fridge, microwave , coffeemaker, washer, dryer machine, etc. and a private entrance that make it autonomous. Even though it's not huge, we were my wife and I, very comfortable living there. The landlords are great people easy to communicate with. They addressed all issues or demands reported to them right away and were consistently inquiring about our confort and needs. This is a great place to stay either for short or long periods of time for people who want to be close to DC and/or Silver Spring, MD. I highly recommend this place and will stay in again if available.

Its rare to find such a level of dedication and professionalism, and it made my experience all the more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained space with the added benefit of a landlord who goes above and beyond to ensure their tenants are happy.

Very comfortable and accessible

Very quiet neighborhood and the landlords are very helpful and very prompt to any questions. Very comfortable stay and all basic furniture and kitchen equipment are provided we did not need to get anything . Very apt place for travel nurses , intern. The place is near to Walmart and all convenience.
