Very quiet neighborhood. It's a dead-end road so there's only local traffic. Very clean and spacious. All major amenities included. 14 miles from Wells Beach. Small deck for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon sun. Small electric grill on deck as well. Full use of kitchen and appliances, sunroom, living room and dining room.

Use of entire house. Im away quite a bit but spend 7-10 days a month at my home.

Very quiet road. No traffic! Great street for walking. Plenty of wooded acreage. Quick 5 minute drive to grocery store and downtown North Berwick.

The room and house in general are very cozy and welcoming. All the amenities I needed were in the house. Diane is a wonderful host who caters to her tenants.

Home away from Home
D is an amazing hostess. The house is quaint and comfortable. I had the best experience here and am looking forward to coming back to Maine so I can stay here again. The street is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. This is a fantastic place to stay! LOVE IT!
