Exceptional top tier space
Perfect property. Stayed here for a few months and wouldve kept extending if we didnt have to move on for other assignments. The place easily accommodates my girlfriend and myself. There are two dedicated parking spots less than 50ft to the front door. All of the tenants are respectful and its a nice, cozy and quiet environment. The space has all of the amenities you could ever need - huge and modern TV, clean and comfortable sofa, gigantic kitchen island, excellent cooking and dinner ware (no mismatching or junky stuff like most places), comfortable king bed, great guest room, and overall just class and style. We would frequently walk through Sevier Park and up to 12 South (restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops) and I would also ride my bike to Vanderbilt in the mornings (15 minute ride, long bike lane all the way up Belmont). I could go on and on. Ultimately, if you value a great location, a modern and well kept quarters with a professional and kind landlord - STAY HERE.
