I loved this space so much! The connivence to IU Methodist, the dog park accessibility, and the canal a few steps away made this contract such a breeze. My only slight complaint is that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced or a mattress topper added to it, I did just end up purchasing one throughout my stay which is why I never brought it up to them and it did make things better for me personally. Overall Jeremy and Alexis did everything in their power to make my experience comfortable and easy. I felt super safe! Never had any issues with neighbors. The apartment complex also hosts monthly events which is really cool to have the option to go to! Having a private parking garage during the winter was also such a saving grace! If I ever go back to Indy, Ill for sure be renting from them again!

Easy stay

I worked at Riley while staying here and this was super convenient. Less than 5 minute drive to the hospital. The place had key fob entry for everything, and I loved having a garage to park my car. Pool was a nice touch in the summer time! Jeremy was super helpful/responsive if I needed anything! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect size and location!

So nice to have such a short commute to work (methodist). I have a dog so it was nice to be able to walk along the canal and not have to worry. I felt safe around the property at night too when I was walking my dog. J (owner) was so helpful, nice and responsive if anything needed to be fix or addressed in the apartment and even if the complex was having issues or they were fixing something. I only had a couple issues, but with him being so on top of everything it truly made the issues less stressful and conveniently and quickly taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here! I could never hear my neighbors, everyone was friendly if I encountered them. Parking was easy; I payed for parking in the apartment garage and theres plenty of spaces.

Enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed my stay at 9 on canal! Jeremy was great with communicating and quick to respond. The place is easy to find and right on the canal which was pretty! The place was clean and organized. They were in the process of fixing the AC when I arrived and that was communicated to me immediately.
