This is a large 115 yr old building in the historic Lair Hill neighborhood. This is the first floor unit with beautifully finished Douglas Fir floors so we don't allow pets or shoes inside. Charming house

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath, walking distance to the tram up to OHSU. Worked the evening shift and safely was able to walk home. The beds and couch are very comfortable. A was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here

Cozy apartment, perfect distance to OHSU

This was my first time using Furnished Finder, and I was really impressed. The Peony had everything I could think of needing: a comfortable living room, two good desk spaces that I used during telehealth appointments, a kitchen that was well stocked with cooking tools, cozy bedrooms. The apartment was ~15-30 min walk to facilities on the hill and a 7 min walk to the waterfront, tram, and streetcar. Nice trails for hiking and running nearby off of Terwilliger. A was really helpful and had lots of good recommendations! Thank you A!
