We stayed in Alexs Santa Monica unit for a full year while in town for work, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, with laundry conveniently located downstairs. Parking was easy with the permit Alex providedjust note Monday and Friday street sweeping for a couple of hours. Alex was an outstanding landlord the entire time: attentive, quick to respond, and always ready with helpful recommendations for local spots. The neighborhood itself felt very safe and was incredibly convenient, with parks, groceries, restaurants, and a gym all nearby. Having everything close made it easy to avoid LA traffic, and the commute to work was simple. Overall, this apartment made our year in Santa Monica comfortable and stress-free, and Alex was a reliable, thoughtful landlord. Highly recommend staying here!

Great Location & Amazing Landlord

We stayed in Alexs Santa Monica unit for 7 months and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable with a roomy closet. Laundry was right downstairs and always easy to access. any time there was a small maintenance issue, Alex had it fixed immediately. He was incredibly reliable and easy to reach, always answering his phone and making sure everything was taken care of quickly. Parking was super easy (just note street sweeping on Mondays and Fridays), and the neighborhood felt very safe. The location couldnt have been betterclose to gyms, grocery stores, and farmers markets. Overall, this was such a convenient, comfortable place to live, and Alex was a wonderful landlord. Highly recommend!

Home sweet home!

I lived in the studio unit for five months and already miss my little refuge thanks to the location, comfort and Alex's attentiveness. The neighborhood is perfectly situated to be near so many gems yet tucked in enough to feel safe and quiet with a very friendly family vibe due to the park across the street. It's very walkable (which was great because I didn't have a car) and clean. The apartment was well-stocked, the bed is comfy and the fancy bidet is *chef's kiss* Alex was always a phone call away for anything that might come up with laundry or utilities and any issues were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this property for a quick stay or to settle in for a while. It will always remain a happy place in my Santa Monica memories!

Quiet stay close to the action

My fiance, my dog, and I called this unit home for about half a year. There's lots to love about this place. Tops for me is the location. It's in a quaint little neighborhood, quietly tucked away but close to everything. There's one well-kept park right across the street and another one a very short walk down the street. The Expo bike path runs right along the neighborhood. 26th and Bergamot Metro station is just down the road and is adjacent to an art complex with galleries, eateries, and performance spaces. If you're hitting the road, you're right by where the 10 meets the 405. There are tons of great dining, activity, and shopping options, a short drive/walk/bike ride away in any direction. Come home to a well-appointed kitchen with a top-notch gas range, a homey, inviting living room that's easy to unwind and veg out in, and a cozy bedroom with a comfy queen size bed. The shower has great water pressure. Oh, and the bidet...! Many linens and towels provided. Great stay overall.

A Perfect Stay in a Charming Apt & Walkable Neighborhood

My 1 month stay at this charming apartment was delightful, and totally enhanced by A's warm and welcoming hospitality. I truly felt like a valued guest. He always checked in on me, provided quarters etc. The apartment is super cute with light coming in on 3 sides, nestled in a serene, walkable neighborhood with so many beautiful trees, and its convenient access to the metro station made it the perfect choice for an extended stay. I walked everywhere for a month- to yoga, to the promenade, even to the beach when I was in the mood for a longer walk! In the apartment, I found everything I needed for my comfort and convenience, from the fully-equipped kitchen to the reliable internet that kept me connected during remote work hours. Alex's thoughtful care and helpful recommendations added a personal touch to my experience. This apartment had become so much more than just a temporary dwelling it felt like home.
