There are so many positives about this home, its hard to list them all. First, the design is inspired. Modern, yet relaxed and comfortable. Separate spaces provide opportunities for unique experiences throughout. Premium furnishings and finishes give a high-end luxury feel. The patio is expansive and the views are endless. Loved the fenced yard too. Then theres the location, which is a mile from downtown but a world away. Surrounded by lush forest, it feels like a private mountain lodge, but shopping and dining are minutes away. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. And finally, theres the owner. Professional, responsive, and a wealth of local knowledge. This property is way more than expected, even at double the price point.

An absolute gem of an escape

I've traveled quite a bit in my life and I can say this Asheville home is the perfect place to unplug and recharge in, but when you're looking for excitement it's just around the corner. The house is big with enough space to host many comfortably. I spent a week there recently and really enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck with the mountain view in the early mornings, then escaping in the afternoons to the South Slope Brewing District which was a quick drive down the road, or just down the highway from amazing waterfalls! The host was very welcoming and warm. He was very passionate and knowledgeable of the area and recommended places to visit, and things to do around town. I didn't want to leave. Ill be sure to book this place again next time I visit.
