My husband and I have lived in Clarkdale for 18 years and in Arizona for nearly 50 years. We love Arizona and all it has to offer! We have owned and managed single family rentals for many years, and would love to find the right person for a semi-long term arrangement for our completely restored historic home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, beautiful neighborhood, cozy front porch, all new appliance kitchen, bath and laundry room.
