Fantastic Stay in a Clean, Organized Home with a Kind Landlord
I had a wonderful experience renting this room. The house is exceptionally clean, well organized, and very comfortable. Everything is maintained to a high standard, and it truly feels like a welcoming home. Eric the landlord is a true gentleman,kind, respectful, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism and hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-kept home with an excellent landlord!

Great place to stay
I rented this room from Eric for 3 months. It was a great place to stay while I worked a travel nursing contract. The house was always clean and quiet and had all the amenities I needed. The landlord and other roommate were friendly and respectful of my night shift schedule.
