Fantastic experience!

I had a great experience staying in this cozy, well-kept home. Its in a quiet, safe, and charming neighborhood. Bettie and Jordan were fantastic hostsvery responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. They even left snacks and coffee for us, which was a lovely welcome after a long trip. The house was clean, full of natural light, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful hardwood floors, built-ins, and plenty of relaxing spaces made it feel like home. The large backyard was perfect for our dog, and the driveway easily fit two cars. Bettie and Jordan were quick to handle any issues, including a plumbing fix and replacing the washer/dryer proactively. Its clear they truly care about their tenants and the home. The location is super convenientclose to Kroger, restaurants, and coffee shops. A peaceful, comfortable, and affordable stay. Thank you so much, Bettie and Jordan!

Lovely home

Living in this house has been great! It's a cute, comfortable place with everything you could need. The neighborhood is wonderful; it is a great place to walk around and close to several coffee shops and restaurants, and it is conveniently a reasonably short drive to both downtown and the suburbs. Bettie has been lovely throughout the experience. She is extremely responsive with resolving any issues we encounter, and she really goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even had bagels and coffee ready for us for our first morning so that we wouldn't have to figure out breakfast the morning after a long drive. She clearly gets joy from creating a comfortable living space and she always takes suggestions from her tenants on what could be improved to make it even better. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Lovely place!!

Comfortable place! Retro retreat, cute and cozy. Neighborhood is nice. Was here 9-10 months and never had an issue. The owners are amazing people and very responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Memphis! Close to everything you need.

Centally Located Memphis Cottage

Everything about the experience with this house and the landlords B and J have been so pleasant and stress-free. This was my first time traveling and renting and it has been such a wonderful experience. The house is exactly as described and it is about 12 minutes away from the medical district. It is also extremely close to several supermarkets and a quick walk to local restaurants and shops. There is a security system in the house and off street parking which is very convenient. All of the appliances are in great working condition. B and J are lovely to communicate with and they are very concerned with making sure this is a great escape for a working nurse. If I were staying longer at this assignment I would definitely love staying in this house because it very quickly began to feel like home. If you have any questions feel free to reach out!!
