Nice and quiet third floor unit, no one above, lots of trees outside. It's a peaceful place that feels much bigger than it is due to the separate sleeping nook and desk nook with adjustable desk. It has a great lay out! New furniture, TV, stackable W/D, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and instant hot water unit. All new tub, shower, vanity, tile, toilet etc. The tub is a bit deeper if you like to have a soak!

Cute & cozy apartment
I loved my time here! Sheris apartment is cute & functional. She made it had everything I needed. She is very responsive to texts. The pool is awesome and so relaxing. I will miss this place!

Great stay
I really enjoyed my stay at S condo. The location is convenient to many places in Austin. The area is nice and safe. The condo itself is nice and just as pictured. The only downside is theres no oven but thats doable. I didnt have any problems besides a couple of maintenance things that were taking care of quickly. S is very responsive and makes sure her place is well kept. I think its a great place and Id definitely stay here again!

GREAT STAY!
Great location. very quiet neighborhood. Sheri is an AMAZING host. She is VERY accommodating, always making sure you are happy and satisfied with the condo! The condo is cozy, neat and clean. It has everything I need for my short stay! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location
S was very accommodating and super responsive to any questions we had. The location is super ideal being close to downtown and the domain area. The studio is very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of towels and dishes, we would certainly stay here again!
