Excellent for the purpose

Great owners, it’s an older unit but great for the price and location. It’s completely stocked with all essentials for a short or long stay. The owners handled everything promptly and professionally. I will stay again if I’m back near Louisville.

Excellent place to stay

We rented and apartment while in the area working and was there almost a year. Any problems that came up were handled in a very timely manor and they were very easy to deal with. The location is prime area and walking distance ro several shopping and dining options . Would for sure be recommend

Sad we had to leave

My wife and I are travel nurses and we loved our stay! The property was very quiet and every amenity you could want was very close! Jeromie was an excellent host and very easy to work with. If we get a chance we will stay here again.

Great place to Stay

I spent 13 weeks here and I was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was clean and neat when I arrived. It had all the essentials for an out of towner so no need to bring your coffee pot or dishes. There is plenty of closet space and the beds are comfortable. Just make sure you keep an eye out for the Walgreens because when the lights are off there its easy to pass the entrance to the complex as it is behind the Walgreens. The owner is very responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Easy to communicate with manager. Property is safe location and access to everything. Landlord responds in a timely manner return deposit in timely manner. Will rent again if circumstances allow.

Great Landlord

I took a contract at Jewish hospital and stayed here during my contract. The spot is super convenient for airport, groceries, gym, and my wife loved 7brew right next door! Had a couple issues but shared them with the landlord and he immediately responded and fixed my concerns! Great communication from landlord, apartment is very spacious and tenants around were quiet and respectful.

Great apartment, great landlord. Very humble and responsible. Very professional and easy going. Will meet your needs at all cost. Close proximity to everything. Low noise. It was very great for me. Will stay at this property again.

Travel Nurse Stay

If you are a travel Nurse this is the place to pick. Its cost effective , convenient location , and its home away from home. Very clean . All appliances you would need. Dishwasher, WD etc. the place is about 15 mins from downtown hospitals. Walgreens is in the same parking lot of the complex . And Kroger is across the street and Walmart is next door . The shopping mall is across the street also. Literally everything youll need is on the same Street. Also J and his business partner are very nice. They are responsive and super helpful. Youll like this place . If Im ever back in Louisville Ill be booking again. Thanks guys!

Worthwhile stay

Had an extended stay at the woodgate apartments. The owners are INCREDIBLY responsive and responsible. Always felt safe and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again if I were back in Louisville. Great property location, could walk to grocery stores and the mall. Drive into the city is super direct and easy. Apartments located very close to the highway and the airport, which was very useful to me. Apartments are roomy and very clean. For a short or long stay would definitely recommend this place.

The property owners are very professional and incredibly responsive and kind. I chose to live here because of that. Anytime I needed anything they were incredibly responsive.
