Beautiful home and close to hospital
My friend and I stayed here for a few months while we worked at the hospital nearby for travel. This house was an amazing place to stay for travel techs and a pet since it had a fenced in yard. It was clean and close to downtown/local stores while also being on a quiet street. Kristen was amazing at communicating with us if we needed to as well. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Boise!

The unit itself is great, clean, & well kept. The landlord is super responsive and quick to fix any issue. There is barely a kitchen, and the laundry room is shared with the upstairs tenants. If I would have known how much foot traffic comes through upstairs I would never rented this unit. It is so loud and the noise is constant. I would like to think any upstairs tenant would be considerate of a tenant living in the downstairs unit anywhere.
