Didnt want to leave!

This is a great place to stay if working in the Knoxville area. I was working overnights shift and never had a problem with noise or disturbances. The tenant, Mr. P., is truly one of the nicest persons I have ever had the opportunity to know and feel blessed to have come across their listing. Amazing, personable, kind, and respectful host. Room is very spacious and private, with own adjacent private bath, it really has everything you need. The location is extremely close to nearby hospitals and shopping (restaurants, groceries, Walmart, gyms, etc.) with other local attraction being nearby as well, even Smokey Mountains National Park only an hour away! If I ever come back to the Knoxville area, I would stay here again!

Amazing Experience

P is an amazing landlord, and it has been an absolute privilege to be his tenant. The room I stayed in was perfect. While I was initially weary of a shared entrance, I have had absolutely no complaints about my stay. The room is essentially an efficiency apartment (private bathroom, thermometer, Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge), was quiet, perfect for working nightshift, and offered complete privacy. The location is great for anyone like my husband and myself who delight in frequent traveling. Lastly, P is quite possibly the most generous, hospitable landlord you could ever ask for. He ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible, and I'm grateful he allowed me to be his guest.

Wonderful Host!

I have really enjoyed my stay here. Although I have been traveling for over a year now, this was my first experience renting a room from someone. P has been a most gracious host and is one of the kindest people I have ever met (Really!). I worked 3rd shift during my stay and had no problems with sleeping during the day. One of my favorite perks of this place is having an independent thermostat in my room. The space is a loft area that is mostly separate from the main living space. My other favorite perks were the delicious meals and soups that Phil provided. He is truly a heartfelt person, and that shows in his cooking. I am somewhat of an introvert. P was very unobtrusive during my stay while balancing that with kindness, and I truly appreciate that!
