Great landlord, cosey apartment!

Brittany was such a great landlord for my monthly stay, extremely communicative, responsive, and checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Huge apartment and super cute. Would highly recommend if staying in Vegas!

Great location

Great location and super cozy apartment. It had everything I needed. Super convenient location and the manager is very attentive and communicative. She answered every question in a timely manner and was super easy to get ahold of. The apartment also has a security system with extra features to provide increased safety. I would stay again.

Good location and good manager

Pros: Great location and manager is very communicative. She answered every question in a timely manner which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic-just a short walk to the Palms Casino and very close to the strip. Cons were there were a lot of things wrong with the unit that were a huge inconvenience and were a pain to get resolved. Dirty bath tub and missing bath mat, dirty floor, dirty oven which smoked and made alarm go off even after it was looked at, wifi was extremely spotty and their were problems with both TVs. Please note-this manager has several different units in the same building. I asked for a corner unit but did not know it was literally on the corner of the property. It was so close to the street I could hear people walking by at night and thought they were in my bedroom. The unit was at the corner of an intersection which was loud all night. I got very litle sleep. Despite all this I would still consider staying here over other properties in Las Vegas

Great location for exploring the strip without being too close and lots of great restaurants around the area.

Serene Oasis

This place was very cozy! All the details were thought out. Everything you need for a comfy stay! There wasnt much we had to bring. The Decor is super cute. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need. Bed and couch were very comfy as well. Lots of storage space. Internet speeds worked great for our needs too. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. The gals working the rental were more than accommodating too. Very on top of everything and answered super quickly. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Very pleasant and responsive owners, friendly staff, and nice amenities on the complex! Apartment The was clean with all the necessities, and in a convenient location if you enjoy the nightlife! Highly recommend!
