Great Property and Amazing Hosts

Dave and Bo were extremely accommodating and friendly throughout our stay even with unforeseen weather events occurring ! The property is well kept and clean as well.

Wonderful property in quiet neighborhood

Dave and Bo were such wonderful hosts during our stay in Farragut. They were always willing to help and were very responsive to our requests. The property is wonderful - the view of the Smokies from the backyard is a plus! It was wonderful to have a furnished place during my multiple-month stay in Tennessee.

2 month stay!

Dave and Bo are great landlords! They make sure to be available in any capacity should you need anything-- very quick to text or call when needed-- and stay on top of managing a current upkeep of the property both in and outside. The house itself had all amenities you would need, and they made it very homey and hospitable! The backyard is a huge highlight, and the neighborhood is a huge draw as well, lots of walking paths nearby and in a great part of town! Thankful to stay at this place for a couple of months as some sweet temporary housing. Really great experience, and I would recommend it for others as well!

Great stay

I stayed in the downstairs unit and it was great. Furnished with everything I needed and located just minutes away from any shopping/food I needed. I would definitely stay here again. And Dave and Bo were great! Very responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful home with beautiful backyard

We rented the downstairs apartment for our son, who was an intern at Y-12 for the summer. Dave and Bo were so nice and accommodating during his stay. Dave even assured me that if my son needed anything, he would be happy to help out since my husband and I are 5 hours away. My son loved the location since there was a great gym and shopping close by to the residence. We went to downtown Knoxville for dinner two nights, and it took 20 minutes both nights. While I was there visiting, I loved the backyard. It is beautiful and shaded, so even on a hot day, I was able to sit outside for breakfast. It is situated on a cul-de-sac with a walking trail at the end of the cul-de-sac. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Knoxville area.

Great place to stay

Dave and Bo are very accommodating and the property is very spacious. Backyard garden is wonderful and the view is beautiful. Much appreciated for the time I needed a couple months of temporary housing.

Home away from home

My wife and I recently complete a 4 month stay in the upper level unit at this property during which time it became our home away from home. We already miss the view of the Tennessee River Valley and the Smokey Mountains from the deck. Located in a quiet residential area of Farragut, the unit is within a short distance of shopping and services while being within easy reach of downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. Bo and Dave were most welcoming, considerate and responsive. Highly recommended.

Peaceful Retreat

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Coming home to such a peaceful and beautiful space after a long day of work was pure bliss. It's evident that this home was crafted with love and meticulously cared for. Everything I needed was right there, making it feel truly like a home away from home. The location is perfect! Stunning views from the back patio and easy access to beautiful walking trails nearby. I felt incredibly safe in the neighborhood, and everything I needed was just a short distance away. Dave and Bo are the kindest hosts imaginable! They were always available and even came to my rescue when I accidentally locked myself out. I'll definitely miss my amazing summer here. Quiet area, lovely deck, affordable and convenient location

The hosts were very accommodating and understanding. The apartment is as described. Its relatively spacious, well-stocked kitchen, two-beds with comfortable mattresses. The deck does have a lovely view of the smoky mountains. Owner also added useful small touches like a LED-lighted pathway for guests arriving at night/dusk. Of note the driveway is rather steep, no issues with 2WD though; however, if it gets wet and icy could be something to consider. I had no significant issues with it though. Overall, this is an affordable, quiet area with a very accommodating and kind host.

Upstairs apartment

Wonderful property. Beautiful views out front and especially out back on the large oversized deck. Home is very comfortable and has all the amenities youll need. Quite peaceful neighborhood. Owners are great folks and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.
