Wonderful Property

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a cozy little oasis in Sacramento. I had to go to the hospital daily (which has nightmare parking) and this location was close enough to walk. I felt safe walking to the hospital at 5 AM every morning, and also going on runs in the neighborhood after hours. Additionally Brandt was incredibly kind, helpful and very flexible (we drove in later in the evening). The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very well maintained. He was really helpful in showing me where the laundry machine which was very accessible. The place was VERY clean and the carpet was spotless. The place already looked great, and I was even happier once I was able to see the place in person. Cannot say enough good things about this sweet place.
