Life Saver

Munirah is a life saver. This was my first ever rental property and I came all the way from NY to stay here in Memphis. I was so worried about the Memphis area considering everything you hear online and let me tell you.. I did not feel unsafe ever at this property! Considering this street has its own neighborhood watch program and the location of the guest house I always felt safe. If you want a safe, cute, and private place to stay while in Memphis, this is the place!

Great little Spot

This was such a nice place. I did a 3 month contract . I wish I could have stayed longer. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to shopping and great restaurants. The unit had everything I needed and even though it's a studio, it was pretty spacious. I would definitely stay again!!

Great Space

I had a really great stay here. The landlord was really responsive and the space was really clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And there was a really sweet, young couple in the main house. Great dog park nearby. There isn't a dresser, but there is a free standing closet. I would just add a dresser.

WONDERFUL!

Loved my stay! Had a 3 month contract and extended to 6. It was very clean, quiet and safe. Very nice inside and looks like the pictures, but feels better if that makes sense. And it's a guest house, but actually feels really spacious with the high ceiling. The landlord was responsive and so nice! I moved here after feeling unsafe at an extended stay and so glad I did. I will definitely be back if I get another assignment in Memphis!
