Wonderful Property - Wonderful Location

We rented the property there in Fort Collins for two months in the late summer of 2025. Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The house was so accommodating to our needs, including a beautiful fenced back yard for us to enjoy on the patio. We had several gatherings during our time with local family and friends, and all we heard were compliments about the house. Another wonderful thing about the property was its location to an abundance of restaurants and stores. Our landlord made sure everything was perfect! We have all intentions to staying again there again in 2027!

Be aware of being charged for existing conditions or normal use!

The property was suitable for a short-term stay. We paid a security deposit of $2,500.00. We recommend taking photos of the property before and after your stay to document any existing damage. The landlord deducted a significant portion of our security deposit to cover the cost of replacing worn-out furniture and normal wear and tear. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our stay at this property due to the excessive amount of our security deposit that was retained.

Amazing property

We have stayed at several different properties in the last couple years. This is by far the best one. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The location makes it easy to get to all of Ft Collins. The owner thought of everything you would need throughout the house, especially the kitchen. The backyard is wonderful with beautiful plants and patio furniture and a grill. We left the property early only because our medical appointments were finished. We would definitely stay there again. S was an exceptional owner.
