Spacious living with a view!

Beautiful home with amazing hosts

This home is in a very beautiful development and occupied by a lovely family! During my (quite long) stay I had zero issues with the space, and was always checked on by Josie and Michael. They are such a sweet family and very quiet.! I loved my time in their home and am so very grateful to them for allowing to stay as long as they did.! The daylight basement is VERY spacious, clean, and very well maintained. My favorite part was the washer and dryer and the big walk in shower! I would have stayed longer if I could have. Josie and her husband were very wonderful hosts to me and I consider them friends now! If you have the opportunity to stay here, I'm sure you'll feel the same!

Home

This place was like home to us and the people here treated us like family. The lower level was so nice and Andy was always ready in case something needed repair. It is very spacious and had everything we could need. The view each morning was awesome and we really don't have any complaints. Their pets were well behaved and loved greeting us every now and then. Great family and we couldn't be more lucky to rent from them.

Not only is the downstairs apartment beautiful, with anything you could possibly need, with a beautiful view....the owners of the home have become 2 of my favorite humans. They are the kindest and most genuine people I wish I could have stayed there forever lol

Great Spot with Great People!

I stayed here for a month and it was a fantastic experience! I was worried about distance to my work in Richland, but the location was in a great community that felt safe but was also near the highway, so it worked well. The apartment was incredibly spacious, clean, and I could tell it was all very new! All furniture was high end as well. The property owners are great people who give you your space but are willing to help at a moments notice. I plan to stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the tri-cities area.
