Studio Guest House - Van Nuys / Lake Balboa

Cozy Cottage, Great landlords, Great location

We lived in this apartment for some months last year and it was the most positive renting experience I have had thus far. The highlights are the cozy cottage-style open layout, with a spacious bathroom and kitchen considering the studio size, and having wonderful landlords and neighbors, Lilly and Liza, who always made us feel comfortable and welcome and where conscious and respectful of privacy. There is a nice big window and screen door that lets the light and air in every morning, adding to the cottage feel and great for house plants. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and it's only a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and Ralph's. There are bus stops nearby and Trader Joe's is just a short drive away. I highly recommend renting with Lilly and Liza, you will be well accommodated.
