Sunny Spacious Boulder Apartment

Peaceful, quiet room within a house all could need

I absolutely loved staying here. The house is incredibly quiet and peaceful, set in a fantastic neighborhood that feels both safe and serene. It has everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. Maria is an excellent host — warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. The bed is fantastically comfortable and the wardrobe offers plenty of space, which made settling in really easy. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boulder.

Sunny spacious lower level Boulder apartment

I had a great time staying in the lower level basement of this home during a 3 month temporary work placement. The living space was beautifully furnished, spacious, and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of stovetops, an oven, fridge, and microwave. Maria is very welcoming and has plenty of tips for meeting more of the Boulder community, and her dogs are super friendly and well-trained! Despite not having a separate entrance, the lower level is a private, well-equipped unit and is easy to enter through the main entryway. There was good wifi to take work calls from home and it's in an excellent location. I've had a wonderful stay!

Great room with everything you need

I moved from Europe to the US and stayed with Ria at the beginning, which turned out to be the perfect decision. She welcomed me immediately and made me feel at home from day one. Ria explained everything to me, offered advice and support in all matters, and was always there when I needed help. She also took me to parties and introduced me to her friends, so I immediately felt at home! The room itself is great well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. On top of that, Ria is very generous and lets you use her things, which was especially helpful in the kitchen. Overall, living with her was a wonderful experience that made my transition to the US so much easier.
