Stole from my security deposit!

The bathroom tub had paint coming off and cracks everywhere. I never received my security deposit within the required timeframe. I reached out after about 3045 days and the landlord admitted he forgot to send it. When he finally responded, he withheld part of my deposit without providing the written, itemized notice of damages required under Florida law. He is extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend looking elsewhere as there are better options in the area for the same price, if not better!

Great bayfront condo experience in Miami. Location is hard to beat! View from the room is amazing. Host was very communicative and respectful, and any issues we had were addressed promptly.

Perfect!

I stayed here during one of my assignments (Im a travel nurse) and loved it! The condo was quiet, clean, and convenient to my hospital. There was so much to do that was either walking distance, a short drive, or a convenient ride via the Metromover. Margaret Pace Park is literally outside of the building and Brickell and Wynwood are so close and easy to get to. If I make my way back to Miami, I hope this condo is available!
